Blackhole stone and bronze — the stillness of space, the warmth of earth.

Crafted from Blackhole Stone, a material reminiscent of cooled volcanic rock, this ceiling light captures the stillness of space and the elegance of natural textures. Paired with a warm bronze arc, it offers a bold sculptural form that turns your ceiling into a conversation piece.

About the black travertine — genuine natural stone with a matte black surface finish

The body of this ceiling light is made from genuine travertine stone. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The entire stone presents a consistent matte black — this is exactly as it was designed to be.

Natural travertine — formed by geological processes

Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique.
