The Calanca is a handled-urn ceramic table lamp with a full, rounded body in an antiqued matte white glaze, twin side handles, and softly distressed dark edges that give it a weathered, Mediterranean-farmhouse character. Setup Notes
- Plug-in table lamp — no hardwiring needed; seat the shade and plug it in.
- Place it on a sturdy, level surface; the ceramic urn is heavy, so support it from the bottom when moving.
- Use an E27 or E26 bulb rated for 110–240V; warm white (2700K) suits the antiqued finish.

It takes one E27 bulb — the large Edison screw. US E26 bulbs thread into E27 and run on 120V, so standard US bulbs work fine. A warm-white (2700K) LED suits the soft, antiqued white finish.
Are the dark edges damage, or part of the design?
They're part of the design. The dark, distressed edges on the rim and handles are an intentional antiqued finish meant to look gently weathered, like old farmhouse pottery. Each piece is finished by hand, so the distressing varies slightly.
