Common questions
Can I mix colors in one cluster?
No. Each fixture comes with all rocks in one color. If you order V9 (3-head amber), all three rocks are amber.
What bulb type goes in each rock?
The product images show standard E26 sockets. Check the spec sheet or contact support for exact wattage and bulb shape limits based on your variant.
How much space does a 5-head cluster actually take up?
The 5-head cluster (V11–V15) is 14.2 inches wide. Rocks hang at different heights between 59.1 inches total, so plan for about 16–18 inches of open space above your table or island.
Does the cluster hang level or tilted?
The rocks dangle from separate cables at slightly different heights, creating an intentional asymmetrical look. This is the design—no two rocks sit at the exact same height.

Three options: single pendant ∅ 5.1″ x H 59.1″, 3-head cluster ∅ 10.3″ x H 59.1″, or 5-head cluster ∅ 14.2″ x H 59.1″. All heights are fixed; custom sizing available through our atelier.
Which color should I choose?+
Crystal Rock is offered in White, Clear, Blue, Amber, and Red. Clear and Amber showcase light refraction beautifully; White and Blue suit modern interiors; Red makes a bold statement. Mix colors across heads for custom clusters.
What ceiling height do I need?+
The fixture hangs 59.1″ from ceiling to lowest glass. For a 9′ ceiling, allow 2′ clearance above. Request custom wire length when ordering if you need different drop lengths or higher installation.
Is this made to order?+
How do I clean the glass shades?+
Gently wipe each sculpted glass shade with a soft, dry cloth or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. The hand-cut surfaces show dust less than smooth glass; subtle residue adds to the natural character.
