Black travertine and hemp rope — woven texture, soft filtered light.

The Tressa Pendant Lamp blends hand-wrapped rope with black travertine, creating a warm balance between texture and structure. Its open silhouette allows light to filter gently through the woven surface, adding depth without heaviness. Designed for kitchens, dining areas, and relaxed interiors, Tressa brings a grounded, artisanal feel to modern spaces.

About the black travertine — genuine natural stone with a matte black surface finish

The travertine elements of this pendant are made from genuine stone. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The entire stone presents a consistent matte black — this is exactly as it was designed to be.

Natural travertine — formed by geological processes

Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique.
