Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Overview and Acceptance

This website is operated by Orelvon Lighting. Throughout these Terms, “Orelvon Lighting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.

By visiting this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the other policies referenced by links on this website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or related services. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region, or use this website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information, keeping it current, and protecting your account credentials. Activity carried out through your account may be treated as authorized by you.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization or otherwise compromised.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, reasonable variations, typographical errors, or delays in updating information may occur.

Actual colors, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from images because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, handcrafted production, and natural material variation. Manual measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm.

Reasonable variations in natural stone, marble, wood, glass, metal, and other handcrafted materials are generally not considered defects.

4. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but is not, by itself, final acceptance.

Before accepting an order, we may verify payment, availability, product specifications, delivery information, and order risk. An order becomes binding when we confirm that it has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:

  • A product is unavailable or cannot be produced.
  • There is an obvious pricing, specification, or description error.
  • Payment is unsuccessful or the order presents a fraud or security risk.
  • The delivery information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported.
  • The order would violate applicable law, sanctions, export rules, or carrier requirements.
  • The quantity is unusual or appears intended for unauthorized resale, unless approved as a trade or project order.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, base prices are displayed in United States dollars. Where localized pricing is available, the checkout page provides the final calculation of prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

We may change prices where permitted by law, but we will not retroactively change the price of an order that has already been accepted.

Discount codes must be entered correctly before checkout. Unless the promotion states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed order.

We may cancel a discount obtained through a technical error, abuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms.

6. Payment

You must provide current, complete, and valid billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, banks, card networks, or other third-party payment providers. We do not control their processing times, verification requirements, or decisions to approve or decline a payment.

An order may need to pass payment and risk review before it enters production or is dispatched.

7. Shipping, Customs, and Address Responsibilities

Shipping methods, charges, supported destinations, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional shipping, storage, customs, and handling costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a shipment may be deducted from any refund.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, remote-area service, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Unless checkout clearly states that they are included, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are generally the customer’s responsibility.

8. Order Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In general:

  • An order may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase if production, customization, or shipment has not begun.
  • After 24 hours, if production or preparation has started, actual costs of up to 20% of the order value may be deducted.
  • An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.
  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return authorization and the correct return address must be obtained before sending any item back.

Verified defects, shipping damage, and incorrect items will be handled in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Customized Products and Project Orders

Selected products may support changes to dimensions, colors, finishes, suspension lengths, or other details.

Customization details, pricing, production time, and shipping conditions must be confirmed before purchase. Custom-made, modified, or made-to-order products are generally not returnable for personal preference unless they are verified as defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced.

Hotel, restaurant, designer, contractor, and bulk project orders may be subject to separate quotations, payment schedules, production terms, and delivery conditions. If a mutually accepted project quotation or written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific project agreement will control for that project.

10. Electrical Compatibility and Installation

You are responsible for confirming before purchase that the product’s voltage, wiring, bulbs, driver, dimmer, and other electrical requirements are compatible with the intended installation location.

Lighting products must be installed by a qualified local electrician in accordance with the product instructions and applicable local laws and regulations.

Damage or problems caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible electrical systems, use above the rated wattage, or failure to follow safety instructions are not product defects. Please review our Installation Guides.

Nothing in this section limits product-safety obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Commercial Collection

Brand names, logos, website design, original photographs, written content, graphics, videos, catalogue organization, and other content owned by or licensed to Orelvon Lighting are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for ordinary personal shopping and uses expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not, without our written permission:

  • Copy, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit website content.
  • Bulk-download product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, SKU mappings, or catalogue structures.
  • Use robots, crawlers, data-mining tools, or other automated systems to collect website content.
  • Circumvent access restrictions, security measures, IP restrictions, or other technical protections.
  • Use our content to build a competing product database, create copycat listings, or produce a commercial catalogue.
  • Remove or alter trademark, copyright, or source notices.

Legitimate general-purpose search engines that index the website in accordance with our robots.txt rules are not prohibited by the automated-collection restriction above.

Objective facts such as product dimensions and functions are not claimed as our exclusive property merely by appearing on this website. However, original expression, selection, arrangement, images, and commercial presentation may remain protected.

12. Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful, accurate, free from malicious code, and does not infringe the rights of others.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us permission to use content that you voluntarily submit for operating, displaying, and promoting the store. Processing of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the website to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with website security.
  • Impersonate another person or submit false order or payment information.
  • Harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate against others.
  • Collect another person’s personal information without authorization.
  • Circumvent website access, security, geographic, or technical restrictions.
  • Make excessive automated requests that interfere with normal operation of the website.

A violation may result in order cancellation, account restriction, suspension of access, or legal action where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services, and other third-party services, and may contain links to third-party websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible beyond the extent required by applicable law for third-party content, service interruptions, or conduct that is outside our reasonable control.

15. Website Availability and Correction of Information

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

If product pricing, descriptions, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or other information contains an obvious error, we may correct it and, where necessary and legally permitted, contact the customer, cancel the affected order, or issue a refund.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify website features, but doing so does not reduce rights that a customer has already acquired under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses involving:

  • Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
  • Incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized product modification.
  • Third-party carriers, payment services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will generally not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant product.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or non-excludable liability for personal injury, product safety, or mandatory consumer rights.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible beyond the extent required by law for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These events may include natural disasters, war, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, customs actions, transportation disruption, labor disputes, major network failures, or supply-chain interruption.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify affected customers and attempt to provide an alternative solution.

18. Indemnification

If your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms causes a claim or loss, you may be responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not impose liability on a consumer that would be unlawful or manifestly unfair.

19. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to immediately enforce a right does not permanently waive that right.

These Terms and the policies referenced on this website together form the relevant agreement governing use of the website and purchases from us.

20. Termination and Changes to These Terms

We may restrict or terminate an account or website access when a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or threatens website security.

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or business reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a problem arises, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of the consumer’s country or region.

22. Contact Information

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through our Contact Us page or by email at pengchengwen01@gmail.com.
