What size should I choose for a kitchen island or workspace?+
The 4-light square (L 8.9″ × W 8.9″) delivers ~48W for full coverage, or pair two 2-light bars (L 8.1″ each) for linear task lighting. Both mount flush to the ceiling without recess.
Does the Giyan require ceiling recess or special wiring?+
No recess needed. The Giyan surface-mounts directly to standard ceiling electrical connections and hardwires to a standard wall switch. No special junction box required.
Which finish and color temperature work best for retail or studios?+
Black finish with cool light (6000K) creates bold contrast and crisp daylight ideal for retail, studios, and task areas. Custom color temperatures like 4000K neutral white are available on request.
